UPDATE - September 4th 2014 - Sick Times and a load of new stuff

ITA: Dopo un po di assenza dal www eccovi una carellata interminabile di roba nuova che c'è in distro. Il 13 Settembre saremo al TDN al concerto dei Dogsflesh, ci si becca li, mentre il 27 siamo a Cremona al C.S.A. Kavarna al Tutto Torna al fuoco fest. 2. Beccatevi la succosa lista dei gruppi che suonano. Lunedi 6 Ottobre vengono sempre al Terra Di Nessuno i Sick Times e i Whack & Wasted dalla Germania, a presto volantino e qualche altra sorpresa. Sul fronte delle uscite abbiamo quasi terminato le copie del CD dei Losers Parade e stiamo ancora aspettando le altre uscite(letargo feriale). Vi comunichiamo inoltre che coprodurremo il CD d' esordio degli Zona d' Ombra, giovine e promettente combo di Como. Speriamo di potervene fornire una anteprima entro fine mese, intanto ascoltatevi il loro promo.

ENG: After a few months of absence from the www here you have a slew of new stuff avaliable in the distro right now. On September 3rd we'll be al C.S.O.A. TDN at the Dogsflesh concert, while on September 27th we'll be in Cremona at Tutto Torna al fuoco fest 2. Check out all the cool bands playing there. On monday, October 6th Sick Times and Whack & Wasted will play at C.S.A. terra Di Nessuno(flyer and some other surprises coming soon).
Talking about new releases we are down to the last copies of the Losers Parade album and are still waiting for a ton of new releases(damn you, holidays!). We'll also co-release the first album by young and promsing Como hardcore outfit Zona d' Ombra. We hope to be able to give you a preview by the end of the month, here you can listen to three awesome promo tracks by them.

UPDATE - June 9th 2014 - Assedio...

ITA: Come avete letto dal comunicato da poco rilaswciato o sicuramente sentito in giro in questi giorni il L.S.O.A. Buridda è stato sgomberato. A seguito del corteo di Sabato scorso vi è stata un' altra occupazione, seppur temporanea, alla ex scuola Garaventa vicino a Caricamento. Invitiamo tutti a partecipare alla Street Parade che si terrà questo Sabato a Genova. Ringraziamo inoltre tutti i gruppi che hanno reso assai godibile la serata al TDN di venerdi. Vi lasciamo ai consueti aggiornamenti della distro.

ENG: As you maybe read in the previous post or heard elsewhere L.S.O.A. Buridda has been shut down last Wednesday. After the demonstration last Saturday a new building near the Caricamento area has been temporarily squatted. We invite everyone to take part at the Street Parade Demonstration that'll take place the coming Saturday in Genoa. Also we would like to thank all the bands that played at TDN last Friday, it has been a really nice evening.

Castrazione Culturale

La mattina del Mercoledi 4 Giugno 2014 è stato sgomberato il Laboratorio Sociale Autogestito Buridda, una delle realtà occupate di centrale importanza per il panorama delle autogestioni Genovesi, che per ben undici anni ha ospitato al suo interno concerti, laboratori ed in generale attività delle più svariate nature.

Il tutto va sicuramente collocato all' interno di un disegno di azioni repressive più ampio e nazionale che l'inizio dell' era Renzi porta con se, accoppiando queste manovre arroganti ed autoritarie allo zuccheroso quanto vomitevole velo di perbenismo che un pò da sempre contraddistingue il PD.

Giunte comunali si armano del consueto spauracchio della legalità e dell' occasionale sindaco- fantoccio per prendere in tutta comodità decisioni utili al mantenimento di dinamiche torbide e malsane, regolanti unicamente il progressivo declino che ci circonda.

A fare le spese di tutto ciò è una fetta di popolazione che da anni si impegna, anche attraverso luoghi come lo è stato il L.S.O.A. Buridda, a restituire alla città cultura concreta ed attività sociali lontane anni luce dalla retorica spicciola dei politicanti, cosi come dalle loro francamente squallide logiche di profitto, predicate in nome di un progresso e di un bene comune di fatto inesistenti.

Chiudere spazi sociali ed ostacolare in tutti i modi possibili l' occupazione di case abbandonate, consegnarle al degrado, invece di a chi davvero ne avrebbe bisogno, magari al fine di alimentare specualzioni immobiliari, equivale ad una vera e propria castrazione culturale ed etica, non ad un sacrosanto gesto di giustizia, come invece piacerebbe credere a taluni individui(sicuramente poco informati),acclamanti ogni sgombero muniti di un considerevole bagaglio di frasi fatte e falsità.

I concetti di autogestione ed autodeterminazione che animano posti come il L.S.O.A. Buridda e le altre realtà occupate sono i medesimi che ci spingono a portare avanti un progetto come Lanterna Pirata, nel tentativo di diffondere una cultura(musicale e non) di cui ci sentiamo felicemente parte integrante e in cui rispetto, amicizia, partecipazione e buon senso prevalgono su ogni forma di autoritarismo.

Continueremo dunque, per quanto possibile, a supportare attivamente tutti gli amici del Buridda, ai quali va tutta la nostra solidarietà, cosi come tutte le realtà occupate autogestite che abbiamo conosciuto e che conosceremo.

UPDATE - May 7th 2014 - Back From Tour!

ITA: Rieccoci a parlarvi dei nostri affari loschi. Sono state settimane devastanti, costellate da concerti deserti e frequentati, in salette/cantine e chi più ne ha più ne metta, viavai continui di persone. Gruppi locali nuovi con faccini noti(xBlack x Sabbathx) o venuti da lontano(Derrida, Puukotus e Fukushima). Il tour L.e.i.s.f.a./Cocks in Spagna e Francia è stato davvero una gran esperienza, assai turbolenta, ma di rara intensità. Durante questo viaggio abbiamo incontrato un sacco di persone a cui riserveremo un posto speciale nei nostri cuori e che speriamo(e sappiamo) di riincontrare presto. Sabato 17 Maggio ci si vede tutti al Telos Occupato a Saronno per un bel concertone, al quale speriamo di vedervi numerosi. La settimana seguente invece si terrà la nuova edizione dell' If The Bomb Falls Festival al L.S.O.A. Buridda. Quest'ultimo è un grande festival incentrato sull'universo delle Autoproduzioni di ogni genere, contornato da bei concerti. Anche in questa occasione saremo logicamente presenti con la nostra distro. Non si sta fermi un secondo insomma...Vi lasciamo agli aggiornamenti della distro.

ENG: Hey! In case you were wondering what we were up to the last month or so: we had some pretty devastating weeks with a lot of gigs(some with close to no people, some with a lot), in squats, rehersal rooms, basements ecc... .  New local bands with known faces(xBlackxSabbathx) and bands from abroad(Derrida, Puukotus, Fukushima). Our European Tour with L.e.i.s.f.a./Cocks in France and Spain has been a really great experience. Very turbulent, but intense. During this journey we met a lot of really great friends(old and new), who will forever have a special place in our hearts and who we hope(and know) to meet again real soon. Saturday, May 17th we'll be at Telos Occupato in Saronno for a really great concert. The week after that we'll be at If The Bomb Falls Festival at L.S.O.A. Buridda, which is a really cool two-day Festival, centered on all sorts of D.i.y. Productions
 We never stand still...

ITA: Torniamo con un breve aggiornamento della distro e cogliamo l'occasione per ringraziare tutti quelli che hanno supportato l'iniziativa benefit NoTav lo scorso Venerdi 7 Marzo. Qua potete beccarvene delle foto, scattate dal buon Martino. Le copie di Non Un Sasso Indietro manco il tempo di arrivare e son già esaurite. Giovedi 17 Aprile invece si riparte con i Mid-Week Madness Aganst Apathy, i concerti infrasettimanali con gruppi esteri, stavolta con ospiti dalla Finlandia e i Majak di supporto. Stiamo inoltre per mandare finalmente i stampa il 7" split L.e.i.s.f.a.//Essere che potete già preordinare scrivendoci se vi interessa. On Thursday, April 17th we'll restart with Mid-Week Madness Against Apathy, featuring two bands from Finland and Majak supporting them. ITA: Rieccoci dopo un po di tempo ad aggiornare il sito, cosa che non facciamo da un po, anche se ciò non vuol dire che ce ne siamo stati con le mani in mano. Vi alleghiamo oltre al consueto aggiornamento della distro il trashissimo volantino del concerto che si terrà Venerdi 7 Marzo(cortesia di Luca dei Distemper) e che vedrà alternarsi a suonare i Cayman The Animal, gruppo punk rock di Perugia/Roma contenente membri di vecchie glorie quali Ouzo ed Ingegno, i fastcorers torinesi Ab Horigeni, ed i locali infaticabili Distemper ed Effementi. Cogliamo l'occasione per presentare la compilation "Non un Sasso Indietro" e la serata sarà un benefit per gli arrestati Notav accusati recentemente di terrorismo. Sul fronte delle nuove uscite dovremmo davvero a breve pubblicare Lo split L.e.i.s.f.a./Essere e la fanzine nuova, poco dopo che i milanesi avranno ad inizio Marzo registrato la loro parte di Split. Il disco uscirà grazie a numerose distro ed etichette di amici cospiranti da italia, Francia, UK, Germania/Perù ed Argentina. Dovremmo inoltre coprodurre lo split 7" che verrà pubblicato a breve dai Kalashnikov e dai Contrasto, cosi come qualche altra sorpresa soldi permettendo. Ringraziamo inoltre tutti coloro che hanno partecipato al weekend genovese scorso coi concerti All' Aut e alla Buridda. Per ora è tutto!

ENG: Here we are again after quite a while updating the website, which we haven't done n a while. This however does not mean that we spent the last month doing nothing. In this update we bring you the flyer of the gig that will take place on Friday March 7th(coutesy of Luca from Distemper) and that'll feature Cayman The Anmal, a punk rock band from Rome/Perugia featuring members of old great bands like Ouzo and ngegno, torino fastcore ooutfit Ab Horigeni, as well as our local friends from Distemper and Effementi. We'll use this occasion to present the benefit sampler "Non un Sasso Indietro" and to raise some money to support the legal battle concerning the Notav activsts that have lately been arrested and charged of terrorism. On the releases side of things we should be publishing the long in the making split L.e.i.s.f.a./Essere and the Fanzine, shortly after our buddies from Milano will be done recording theit part this early March. The record and the fanzine will be out thanks to a D.i.y. conspiracy between labels/distros/friends from italy, France, Uk, Germany/Perù and Argentina. We should also be coproducing the split 7" between Kalashnikov and Contrasto as well as some other surprise. We also thank everyone who partecipated at the last cool week-end in Genoa with the shows at Aut Aut and Buridda! that's all for now!

UPDATE - January 20th 2014 - Thanks and new releases

ITA: Ringraziamo di cuore tutti i gruppi e tutti i partecipanti alla bella serata di ieri al TDN. Chi si è sparato chilometri durante un week end in furgone, chi ha combattuto l'influenza e meteo avverso in nome di amicizie che prevalgono ancora su tutte le difficoltà. Chi ha messo i dischi e attaccava a lavorare la mattina seguente, chi ha contribuito a svuotare bar e distro, chi ha fatto in modo che anche ogni dettaglio "tecnico" non fosse trascurato...Il punkhardcore come lo si vive in certe situazioni è sopratutto questo. PRIMA ancora delle chitarre distorte, delle urla in un microfono verranno sempre i valori "motori" che animano ogni nostra attività. Concetti, posti e rapporti che vanno vissuti e non simulati su un social network e che servono a combattere la vera solitudine...quella mascherata da socialità.
Per chi volesse le nuove uscite(gli RFT e i Majak), affrettatevi che stan per finire le copie.

ITA: Dopo un piuttosto lunghetto periodo di assenza aggiorniamo un attimo il catalogo e rincariamo la dose dicendovi che potete ordinare le nostra nuove due uscite, V.A. - HCNSC Vol.3 ora e il nuovo disco dei Majak entro settimana prossima(è finalmente in stampa!). Le spedizioni le riprendiamo alla fine delle feste che in posta c'è l'inferno in sto periodo.

ENG: After a quite long absence we felt the need to give some updates. The new Release is fnally avaliable, it's the Volume 3 of the Hardcore Non S Comanda sampler. Majak's Debut album will also be avaliable soon(it's in the pressing plant) and will be called "Scavangers". We'll resume sendng stuff after the "holidays". Post offices are a nightmare during nearly all of December. Other new releases will also be avaliable soon. We also take the time to tell tou of a great gig that'll take place January 18th at C.S.A. Terra Di Nessuno, featuring Grand Theft, Age, Slaughter In The Vatican, 5MDR and Collateral Damage. Be there!

ITA: Rieccoci belli affannati con una marea di novità da annunciare. Il 13 Novembre si terrà il Mid-Week Madness Against Apathy 8, con i Feed Me More e i Dogzilla. Qua ci sono altre  foto della serata del 28 Settembre, sempre di Homeboy Photography. L'intervista ai Carlos Dunga la abbiamo rimossa dal soundcloud per problemi di spazio(bloccava gran parte della musica sul nostro account). Prossimamente ci toccherà apportare qualche modifica alla struttura del sito. Con tutta la roba che continua ad arrivarci aggiornare la veste grafica sta diventando un investmento di tempo non indifferente. Ci è inoltre arrivato un caricone di Cd e cassettine direttamente dalla cantina di Luca, rimasugli di quello che una volta fu il distorioni Record Shop di Savona.  ENG: Here we are, tired as hell with an update. Let's start by saying that Mid-Week Madness Against Apathy 8 Will take place on November 13th and will feature Feed Me More from Milano and Dogzilla. Here you can see some more pics form the concert on September 28th, all shot by Homeboy Photography. The Carlos Dunga Interview has been taken down from the soundcloud due to space issues. Shortly we'll have to change the structure of our website. Because of all the stuff coming in it's becoming quite timeconsuming to update the distro section using html all the time.
